1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Casino 2020 (the "Operator") and its Users (as defined below) when using the Services (defined below). By accessing or using the Services, a User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below: "Services" means all online services provided by the Operator, including but not limited to online gaming, account management, customer support. "User(s)" or "You/Your" refers to any individual accessing and/or using the Services, whether for personal entertainment purposes or otherwise. "Casino 2020 Platform" is owned and operated by Casino 2020.

3. Use of the Services

The Operator grants Users a non-exclusive right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Users shall not: misuse or abuse any feature of the Services, attempt to hack, modify, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security measures related to the Services, share their account login information or allow others to access the Services using their credentials.

4. Eligibility and Registration

Only individuals aged 18 years or above are eligible for registration on the Casino 2020 Platform. Users must provide accurate and complete personal details during registration. The Operator may verify a User's age, identity, and location upon registering or at any other time, in its sole discretion.

5. Account Management

Users can create one (1) account per person, family member or entity to access the Services. Each user is responsible for managing their own password and ensuring no unauthorized use of their account occurs.

6. Payment Terms and Conditions

All payments made through the Casino 2020 Platform are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms applicable in relation to payment processing services provided by third parties.

7. Withdrawal Policy

Casino 2020 reserves the right, at its discretion, to determine when or whether a withdrawal is permitted from User accounts held on their platforms.

8. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between Casino 2020 and Users regarding these Terms and Conditions, both parties shall first attempt in good faith negotiations with each other for resolution before resorting to legal action.
